I had an amazing experience in this hotel. The staff went above and beyond to provide quality service during my stay. They were always available to answer any questions I had and made me feel welcome. The rooms were also exceptionally clean and well-maintained. Additionally, the hotel provided great transportation services that made it easy for me to explore the city.

We enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location, with key attractions and transportation options easily accessible. the hotel's exterior and interior were also very impressive, with beautiful and modern design. We particularly appreciated the availability of hot and cold water, especially during the hot and humid Easter weekend.

Our experience with the room service and cleanliness of the hotel was disappointing. the room was not cleaned properly before our arrival, with unclean sheets and towels.
